Coffee is not CASCARA coffee
The fruit of the Arabian coffee tree is a coffee cherry. We roast the cubes (beans), grind them and prepare coffee from them. 
The peels and pulp, if they are really exceptional, are dried and made into a fruit tea. If we were to be precise, then a fruit brew or infusion. Since tea is brewed only from the tea plant. 
How does it taste? Coffee cherry is naturally sweet. It is slightly acidic. The smell and taste is much more intense than coffee, but it does not resemble coffee itself. 
Ours smells strongly of dried figs and plums. It is pleasantly sweet and intense. A great fruit tea that will get you going.
It also contains caffeine, but only about half of what can be expected in filtered coffee.

Preparation: pour 25 to 50 grams with a liter of 95 degree water and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. It tastes great warm but also cold with ice. Also perfect as a base for coffee drinks.
